High school or equivalent. 5 years related experience, including 1 year of library experience. 60 credit hours of college substitute for 1 year of experience. Bachelor's degree substitutes for 2 years of experience. Related experience includes performing functions which involve data interpretation, information provision, customer service, data input, problem resolution, and a variety of complex clerical procedures. These duties may have been performed in a library setting, office setting, or some other appropriate setting.
