Book Lovers Day

Saturday, August 9, is Book Lovers Day. This is a perfect day for me to celebrate, since I have been in love with books and reading for as long as I can remember. I love the smell and feel of new books, and cherish the old favorites I revisit frequently. I don't necessarily want to read the whole book again when I revisit it. Sometimes I just want to find a favorite passage, or at other times, just hold the book, flip through it, and remember the pleasure reading it brought me.
