Today, January 21, at 6:30pm Eastern time, the Indianapolis Colts play the New England Patriots in the AFC championship game.Colts fans have waited so long for this. I can hardly wait, though it is still 18 hours away.

The best of luck to the Colts. Have fun, guys; play well and win your way to the Super Bowl!!

Battlestar Galactica 3.5

Battlestar Galactica's season three resumes tomorrow night (Sunday, January 21) at 10:00pm Eastern time.Though it has only been slightly over a month since the first half of season three ended, it seems much longer to me.

To make the season 3.5 debut even more interesting for me, since I am an avid Indianapolis Colts fan, it is premiering after the Colts/Patriots playoff game tomorrow night. Now, if the game happens to run long or go into overtime, I have a tough decision to make. However, I know already what I will do. I will record Galactica on my DVR and watch Peyton Manning and the Colts. I couldn't stand the suspense if I didn't. We might be going to the Super Bowl!!

Today, January 20, is the 86th birthday of the late DeForest Kelley. Star Trek's beloved Dr.McCoy. He was born January 20, 1920.

Happy New Year everyone. May 2007 bring happiness and blessings to all of us.

I resolve to: post to this and all my blogs more frequently than I have during the past six months; work harder to improve my health; find a new job that is not so physically draining; move back to New York City as soon as my health improves enough.

THE COLTS ARE 8-0 AGAIN

The Indianapolis Colts are 8 - 0 for the second season in a row after defeating the New England Patriots tonight 27-20. I am so tired tonight I have to go to bed now so I can work tomorrow, but will write more tomorrow night. I am so proud of Peyton Manning and the Colts. This is a wonderful win, and they didn't come from behind to do it!!

Medium Returns

NBC's Emmy-winning Medium returns at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Wednesday, November 15 with a two-hour season premiere, "Four Dreams," which will feature guest star Thomas Jane, the real-life husband of star Patricia Arquette.

Jane will play Clay Bicks, an old lover of Allison's (Arquette), a danger-loving photographer who, in the moment after his own death, is delivered to Allison's door, unaware that he has died.

I am delighted to see Medium finally on the schedule again. I like the series very much, and have missed it this season. I just discovered that Thomas Jane shares my birthday, January 29.

Netflix to Hit One Billion Milestone

Netflix will hit the one billion movie delivery milestone sometime next year. They have launched a new ad campaign: "Nearly one billion movies delivered so far. Zero late fees." The ads will be shown during major network television programs.

They are considering ideas to celebrate the occastion. Ideas from Netflix users are welcome. Some free movies would be a welcome celebration for me.

The NFL Rules With Angel and Wade

It gives me great pleasure to announce that The NFL Rules With Angel and Wade is now appearing on the Indianapolis Colts website. The Wade in the title is my brother, and the title is a video segment of a television show called Colts Up Close, which appears on Fox 59, Indianapolis' local Fox affiliate, on Friday nights at 11:30pm.

The NFL Rules...explains a different rule, such as clipping, or how to signal a first down, each week. The videos are short, informative, and funny.
